As with any oUF layout, if the layout does not provide an in-game options UI, or its in-game options UI does not provide an option to show, hide, or change something, then you will have to edit the layout's Lua and/or XML code to show, hide, or change what you want.
Open the layout's Lua file(s) in Notepad and search for "castbar". Simply removing the relevant sections of code should work, but make sure you check all of the files. If you need more specific help, you will have to ask more specific questions, or wait for someone with more time who can -- and is willing to -- look through the layout's code and make the changes for you.
