Addon dependancy / plugin removal?

Hey Team,

I'm curious if there's currently a way to change an addon from "plug-ins & patches" to a more major category?

As it stands now, Threat Plates no longer requires Tidy Plates base addon (no longer maintained).

Can this be done?
