Prob with blizzards main bar still showing.

It seems Blizzard doesn't want me using mods:/. I have loaded all of the new versions and versions updated for 1.9 (I think thats how I read it anyways). But blizzards mainbar won't go away. So it is like the default UI but I also can use all of the Discord stuff without problem. So am I just foolish and can't find the place to select to hide this bar or is this a bug?
