Help me disable the tooltips

I use ctraid and DiscordsUnitframe.

OK my problem is i have no idea how to disable all the tooltips

ex: When i put my my mouse icon on the talents button at the bottom of the screen i have a tool tips pop up written : Talents, same for the bags : Journeyman's Backpack (F8) etc etc.

I tried via the Esc/Interface/Enhanced Tooltips and it doesnt seems to work.
