Resize Based On Max Amount -- No longer functioning

Like the topic says... Turn it on... the bar moves around funny a bit... and it doesn't work... Seemed like it worked ONCE, and then it kicked the bucket...

Haven't been able to get it to give the same results since... not even making a new profile, or loading a new profile... *shrug*
