Can't Move buttons off bars

So i cant seem to find anywhere that it is locked down or anything...I cannot move any of my icons off of the bars after I place them. If I put them in the wrong spot I cant do anything to move it other than place another on that box and then I can move it...in redoing my UI my buttons are all over the pplace and in the wrong places. WoW interface is not locked that I can tell in the options. Any help would be appreciated.

Under version 3.0 of DAB there is a setting under Bar Config called "Lock Button" for each bar.

You can also SHIFT + click the button and drag it around if this setting is enabled.

Actually that is the problem I cant shift click at all....nothing will come out of the box.

All the bars have the lock buttons not checked.

Do we know of any mods that will cause this issue??

make sure the "Lock Dragging/Unlock Dragging" is in the correct setting. It's the big red button on the left hand-side of the panel.

Yes the lock/unlock dragging is in the right position.

Anymore ideas?
