what do you do other than wow?

*except for work and every day life stuff.

so pretty much other games you play and your other hobbies.

ancestry.com is a good place to start. With just 4 names from one of my guildies and the help of that site I grabbed names from about 7 generations over a few hours. Full access costs though but the free access/trial should be enough to see if it has what you need. There's also a good chance you will come across a distant cousin doing research and you can exchange details you may have

The Hubby has me currently on the kick to learn Battle Tech. Even though I like it, I love painting the minis more. I've gotten quite good at it too and will have to post some piccies of my little guys.

Oh and going to Gencon this year to see what's on the up and up with Shadowrun and some other things.

I look for a job, paint/assemble Warhammer 40k and Warmachine minis, play computer games, read books, re-teach myself programming, and occasionally load up a word processor to try to put my imagination into words.

Also, I hang out at friends houses to watch movies or just chitchat, and I play several role playing games. Currently in a "Warhammer 40K: Dark Heresy" campaign, as well as an "Exalted: Lunars" campaign, while developing a Shadowrun campaign I call "Shadow A-Team", and waiting for my lazy friends to get off their asses and run the "Wild Talents" and "D&D 4e" campaigns they keep talking about. :>

Our DH gm is planning a "Deathwatch" game when that book comes out in August - we're all 40k players, and every single one of us has at least one Space Marine force - so we're all planning on playing a Marine of the chapters we play on tabletop (except for one guy - we've got two Space Wolf players, so one of them is playing a different chapter).

That'll give us a Dark Angel, a Blood Angel, an Ultramarine, a Space Wolf, and some Other Chapter. And our commander (GM npc) will be a Salamander.

I have my dad's side traced to about 1650 now. Okay not really. My uncle did it. My aunt has my mom's mother's side traced to nearly 1050 in Switzerland o.o

I've been enjoying Allods Online, also.

And music (both listening and creating).

Seerah - Whats the easiest class to level up in that game? I made an Orc pally and it feels like it takes forever to kill anything. Just got out of that sewer type place and went up to town and got all the quests.

I wonder if it's considered playing if I'm camping that big hole-in-the-ground thingy in Storm Peaks waiting for the Time-Lost-Proto-Drake to fly by (which I'm becoming convinced is never going to happen) and playing Bejeweled (wow version)?
