Royalbars Skin - DiscordArt

Having difficulty actulally getting this skin to work.

I downloaded the appropriate TGA's and extracted them to the appropriate folder:
C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\DiscordArt\CustomTextures

After having gone into /dart inside WoW I'm having difficulty setting this skin up.

Any assistance is appreciated.
