[STUF/General UF] Edit dungeon/raid role icons.

Is it possible to edit the dungeon/raid role icons? I want to be able to easily identify our tank/healer, but the default icons look terrible with my UI. Ideally, I would like to replace the icons with text (using a dingbat font - healer = red cross, tank = shield etc) - is there a tag to do this?

I am currently building my UI with Stuf, but the role icons/text could easily be anchored to the party/raid UFs using another addon.
