how to reorder DAB buttons so ID's match on 2 pc's?

I play on both a laptop and a desktop depending on where I am. I don't know the mechanics of why this is but the button IDs differ on these 2 machines. When I get the button layout I need on one machine it hoses it on the 2nd machine when I next log in on it. Is there a way for me to rearrange which buttons constitute a particular bar? I basically need 3 rows of 14 buttons and would like the button ID's to be consecutive (1-14, 15-28, 29-42) and the same on both machines.

Copy the DiscordActionBars.lua file from the SavedVariables folder on one machine to the other.

I do this all the time for work, but I copy your whole Worldofwarcraft\WTF\Account\(account name) folder. This will take all of your settings and Saved info with you. I do this on almost daily between home and work, and at work. This will also take any saved info you have for other mods.
