Simple Bag and Tooltip Mover

Hey everyone,
Sorry for proberbly reposting a question you here several times before - but I couldnt find anything on search.

So, I'm just looking for a couple of addons,
1 - To be able to move the existing WoW bags away from my Bongos bars stacked in the right hand bottom corner.(I prefer having 5 bags so that I only open the ones with items I need to concern myself with - Ie leaving all my gear/potions/mounts closed when I visit a vendor)

2 - To be able to move the tooltip box that also appears in the lower right hand corner, but I'm not wanting lots of extra info in this box (I managed so far with it, so why do i need it now?)

LitheToolTip Doctor is a good one for moving the tooltip without any extras.

Thanks, LitheToolTip Doctor is exactly what I wsa looking for for tooltips

But moveFrames I already have and it moves everything except the Bags
