Possible to always show detail for current zone?

I really love the integration with the mini map but if i zoom out to much it goes to the old map texture, Possible to set an option somewhere to make it where you can Zoom WAY out and still show the detail map textures? Only thing i seen is [options->Maps->Detail graphics visible area] and seems to have a max cap of 40, but cant really tell a difference from 40 and from 5.
Id just like to be able to zoom out and see current zone in detail vs just a small area.(Hate blizzards 'paper' maps)

Right click on the minimap > Scale > Details at Scale all the way to the left (minimum should be .5).

I wondered about that, but never found it. Also, the menus are a bit hard to read - perhaps all these options should be moved to the real options page where they sort of belong.
