Patch errors

Hey all wondering if some of you can help me with a problem i have had every tuesday since i started playing.

Every patch day I start to download the patch and get 90% done then it stops because of an error,

the BNUpdater and patch are corrupt last time i used the repair tool on Blizz's website and that worked but this time it just put me back to 1.40 and Ihave to re-patch to 1.41 and the same errors happen. Its just and endless loop.

Any ideas?

Maybe try picking it up from one of their mirror sites, FilePlanet or some such? I presume you've been through their (Blizz's) tech help forum, yes?
