Get GemSay from over at Curse - it will let you set up lists of sayings (there's even a .txt file of example sayings for rezzes) and then have a saying from a list be chosen at random when an even fires (ie, you rez someone, etc). You can even assign a percentage of the time that it goes off, so that you're not driving your party members insane by saying something every time you cast Renew...
 Make sure to read the documentation that comes with it - it will make it very easy to understand.
