Looking for addon that could move spell info popup

Hi,

i have a problem viewing my spells since the pop-up info that shows when you mouse over spell is always in the wrong place. the window is popping up in the bottom right corner of the screen when you go mouse over any spell.

Now, i'm looking for an addon that could simply change the coordinates where can this popup appear.

Can you help me out please?

I do not know of any addon that only changes where the spell tooltip appears, but I know two addons includes that feature.
CowTip and TinyTip

don't those addons change only popup for selected target?

i'm not looking for an addon that would change SPELL tooltip but the popup when you mousever the spell?

let me try to explain once more:

your spells are usually located in the bottom center. now, if you go mouse over one of that spells, the popup window appears in bottom right corner of the screen telling you what this spell does.

Yea, he's got it right, TinyTip is a good one if you want to move the tip frame.
It also changes the UnitFrame but you can choose to anchor that back to the bottom right if you choose.

I used to Use TinyTip, but moved to CowTip for more functionality. However it is a bigger addon and is not necessary if your just looking to move the frame.
