Health/Mana + change colors

I have been trying to search but I am either not looking it up right or maybe there isn't a way. However when I have someone target or my own/party/raid members mine and their health, mana, rage, engery is blue.

Is there a way to change that color? Many health starts Green, then yellow, orange to finally red and mana be blue or rage be red.....

Basically I just want to change the color to make it simpler for my eyes to see and adjust too (I am colorblind). Is there a way to do this?

Use /duf, and in each menu for the item you want to change, there will be a color box.
