Interface/addon button....Where is it?

ok i had repaired my WoW and my mods and folders of my addons and interface vanished and now i am trying to put mods back on my game. Well i made an Interface Folder in my WoW folder and in the Interface Folder there is my AddOns folder where i put my mod. When i log into WoW the addons button dosnt show up like it used to and idk what to do ive tried everything to get it to work....someone please help!!!!!!!!!!

Look that your .lua and .toc files is like this: (This is where my WoW folder is, your might be in different place)

C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\ExampleAddon\ExampleAddon.lua
...\ExampleAddon\ExampleAddon.toc

You should log into the game before you started trying to redo your addons.

Other than than your original files should still be in the wow directory after a repair. the base directories are renamed by wow to look like wtf.1000r49043 or something similar. You can open those files to see where everything would be to work as it was.

Yes, this will recreate your WTF and Interface folders, so that you don't have to do it manually. That way, you're sure that it's correct.
