Simple Raid Target Icons

I just downloaded this addon, but when I "ctrl-left click" someone/something nothing shows on my screen. I've gone into the options and it works fine on the test, but will not show up in-game.

Has anyone had this problem before, or know what might be wrong?

Well,
It will only work when you are in a group.
And only if you are a Leader or Assistant,
or the Leader also has SRTI installed and has Delegated.

It still does not work when I am the leader of a group.
