Error on zone since 2.4

I've been seeing the following errors every time I zone or die (when I'm in a party) since patch 2.4:

party1 is not in your party.
party1 is not in your party.
party2 is not in your party.
party2 is not in your party.
party3 is not in your party.
party3 is not in your party.
party4 is not in your party.
party4 is not in your party.
party5 is not in your party.
party5 is not in your party.

Anyone ever seen this before?

Its a problem with a mod you are using. Like omen or any raid assist mod. Its tring to populate the main tanks but there is none because you are not in a party / raid.

im not sure of the fix for it or which mod actually creates the error.
