Health bar under name plates

And also the different name text--how do I disable it? It only appears when I'm fairly close to a character. When I'm far away, it displays the regular WoW name plates ("name" over "<guild name>"), which is what I want. I disabled both the addons under Name Plates in the MazzleUI options, but they're still there.

What you're looking for is Aloft. The selection for this is on the
Addon Selection 1" page while Mazzifying.

If you don't want to re-mazzify to get rid of them, just press escape and select "AddOns". In this menu uncheck Aloft, and then click ReloadUI.

On most default layouts, the "V" key is also what you can use to toggle the aloft nameplates.
