Help ID'ing a couple addons

Supplicum's UI, featured on WoWI at one point. All I would like to know is how to have the OmniCC effect on my actions bars be exactly like his. He is either using something different than OmniCC or done something to it I can't find. Both the font, style, and big flash are wicked sick.

What is this font being used on the UnitFrames for one, and how is it possible to make your bossmod's, bossbars, look like that? I mean having both the spell text and time text be above the bar.
