What UI is this?

Hello everyone.
I was watching WoW videos on youtube and I stumbled across this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IHJVolaC8pw

The video it self is not important, but the Rogue that is filming the video has one of the coolest UI's I have ever seen. If someone would please tell me the name of the UI or the author, or any info at all I would be very grateful.

That video is from 2006.

It looks pretty much like very large chat boxes, Xperl, and an action bar addon.

It's no so much that, but the character whole body is shown, along with his target.

I am more interested in that.
