New UI

I wish for a new UI that I would love but clearly you can see that I don't know how to create one. So, does anyone have any Ideas on what I'm going to say? I want a mod that is I guess you can say ment for pallys. I want the unit frames like 3D like mazzleUI and action bar,chat and dps(optional) are included under that see through bar that takes up up about 1/5 of the screen. I want a self-cast, scrolling combat text. well i think you get the picture and I hope you can help me out.. ----

Self-Cast and Scrolling Combat Text are parts of the default WoW UI. Under Interface Options at the top right, check Auto Self Cast (or something like that I can't remember exact name) and it will self cast spells if you have no target or an enemy target. Then under Advanced Options on the far right side there is a column for Floating Combat Text. That one is self-explanatory.
