If you install your AddOn correctly that AddOns button will show.

The file structure should look like this (I am using SCT, SCTD, and ag_UnitFrames as examples)

(This the correct file tree)

Interface
- AddOns
-- ag_UnitFrames
-- SCT
-- SCTD

If you installed like this:

(The following two exampls are incorrect file trees)

Interface
- AddOns
-- ag_UnitFrames-r23145
-- SCT-r12345
-- SCTD-r12345

or such as

Interface
- AddOns
-- ag_UnitFrames
--- ag_UnitFrames
-- SCT
--- SCT
-- SCTD
--- SCTD

Then the AddOns button will not show as the above two examples are incorrect installations

You dont have to copy the file you have downloaded, you have to install it. It mean you have to double click on the file you saved and tell the programm you use to uncompress the file that it must be located in the correct path:

C/..../World of WarcraftInterface/AddOns

Sorry, my english is not very good

The file you downloaded should have a .zip extension (i.e. - FileName.zip).
This is a compressed file, so you have to extract the files you need from it using one of the various extracting programs out there (google winzip).
Once you have extracted the files, you shoudl end up with a folder the same name of the zip file, without the .zip extension. Copy this into your AddOns folder.
