The individual stat changes is actually a new feature implemented in the Blizzard UI in Patch 3.2 and is not a feature of StatScore.
If you are missing the Individual stat changes, try holding down your Shift key while your cursor is over the tooltip.

If this does not solve your issue, you may have another addon that is interfering with Blizzard's UI elements.
