I finaly managed to track down the source of several problems (mostly related to FuBar, and it's plugins being broken, but including TrinketMenu, DM, and more) to a single errant mod. RollsFu. Incorporating undocumented features leads to problems like this. So RollsFu has been permenantly removed (along with LootTyFu) and replaced with GroupFu, which does what both of these mods did.
