I am currently working on version 1.16 of QuestClicks. The primary new feature in this version is an easier way to add items to the Extras and Excludes lists via the Addon Configuration Panel.

In V1.16, on the Config Panel, there are two "buttons" that look like empty inventory slots (with text labels for identification). If you pick up an item from your inventory and drop it onto one of these buttons, the item will be added to the indicated list (extras or excludes).

Down the line, I still need to work on a way to easily remove items from the lists, but I'll figure that out at some point.
