When using the "sell all garbage items" button on the vendor screen, GarbageFu will sell gray items that are on the keep list. (Have not tried to confirm with items of higher quality.) This occurs whether or not the "Only autosell gray items" setting is toggled.
Steps to confirm:
Kill mobs until you have 2 distinct gray items
Hover over FuBar icon -> Control-click on one of the items
Notice that "kept item" no longer appears on garbage list
Open vendor window -> Click "Sell all garbage items" (or "Sell all gray items")
Note that both gray items are sold.
