Active Skill (Execute) notification not showing up

I posted this under the main sct reply forum and thought I would post here as well. When the mob or player is at 20% or less I fail to receive an Execute notice anywhere. I have deleted my sct.lua and localization files in my WTF folder. I have deleted and reinstalled SCT (both folders within Addons) and even been in game and /sctreset, all with no luck. The mod functions great otherwise, am I failing to enable something within the custom event folder? That is the only thing I can think of as I am running a few custom events, but they all show up with zero problems.

This is a blizzard bug with the new levels of execute (60+). I have submitted the issue as a bug to blizzard, but who knows if they will address it.

Next release I'll be reverting back to the old way of tracking execute myself, but it may be a short bit before that is released.
