    Also, don't get what you mean by placing a phpRaid_Data.lua file in the add on's directory. I can navigate to the directory, where do I get this file?

    Sorry if this is a noob question, but I am the guild's technician, and I need to get this working.

    In WoWRaidManager, as an Admin, you should have a menu item "Lua output raids", click this item.

    Slightly down the following page should say:
    "Download phpRaid_Data.lua and save it to [wow-dir]\interface\addons\"
    Right click "phpRaid_Data.lua" and click Save As... and save this to
    World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\RIM

    That, theoretically, should fix any problems.
