    Double icons for FuBar Broker2Fubar

    It doesn't seem possible to completely disable either the Fubar or Broker display. As a result, 2 icons keep appearing. Turning off both checkboxes in the FuBar prefs (my preference) still leaves the Altoholic text title. My workaround has been to remove the code that creates the FuBar menu but thought I'd see if I was missing a behavior. 3.1.002b version.

    Best approach in my opinion, fubar support is bound to be removed from the addon soon.
