I downloaded and installed Cartographer today (March 15, 2010).
However, upon loading any of my chars, this Error Message pops up.
I'm brand new to reporting errors, so please forgive me if I'm not doing it properly. I tried to go to the Jira site where the author said to report bugs, but that is a "dead link!"
