    Spell timer inaccurate on Holy Word: Serenity

    I am tinkering with LUIv3, and I noticed that for some reason spell timers think that Holy Word: Serenity has a 14 second CD, when it has a 10.5 sec CD. I am not sure if there is a setting that I can manually enter the CD time for a specific spell or not, But by default it does not seem to be working correctly for me
