I'm finding that quite often when right-clicking a flyout macro while in combat I get significant frame lag, to the point of locking up for a few seconds, before the flyout will actually fly out. I can supply the specific macros if required however it doesn't happen 100% of the time and it seems to happen with all of my different flyout macros.
