What I meant is that I would have certain achievements, guild and personal being tracked, and as soon as I cross from one zone to another, the tracked achievement would disappear and O would have to click on them again

Is this still happening? I just put out a new tracker with some changes in it. If so, it sounds repeatable and could you describe exactly how you get the error and which achievements you have tracked? I'm not getting this so I'll need data to figure out why it's happening.

Just happened to me hearthing from Jade Forest to SW while tracking the Guild achievement Dust, Dust, and More Dust!
