I was having problems with the game stuttering randomly during zone/subzone changes and no addons were throwing lua errors so I started taint logging. I found another addon (Boss Notes - tactics module) was tainting WATCHFRAME_NUM_POPUPS which always coincided with a game stutter I was experiencing. I disabled that addon and then QuestGuru_Tracker (fyi - I only use the tracker portion of QuestGuru) started tainting the same variable during stutters. The taint does not show up in the log before the game stutters (at which point I stopped the logging).
The stutter continues with all addons uninstalled so I'm not sure if it is a Blizzard bug the addons are catching or something unrelated but I thought it worth reporting just in case.
