    In the standard WoW UI, left clicking on the clock on the minimap lets you set a timer or alarm. I have had one set to go off at the same time each day for a long time. With Altz UI, when the alarm reminder activates, the only way I can turn it off again is to /rl the UI. But it will just pop back up again the next day, since it's programmed to repeat.
