The most recent update to wow, 9.1.5 made changes to "TooltipBackdropTemplate" as such TipTop is no longer displaying Tooltips correctly how the user has set them up.
I would very much appreciate if you could take a look in to this issue and get the Addon functioning correctly again, thank you.
