Since no one else is making a PvP timer, please consider adding functionality to track the PvP cooldown not only when exiting a BG, which works fine, but also have it recognize the following PvP Flag situations:
1. Typing /pvp, then /pvp again to unflag
2. Whilst unflagged attacking a flagged player or NPC - once you exit combat the timer should count down
