Add GUI elements to let a user modify the colors used by SafetyGui.
The colors used by SafetyGui are:
'Main Frame background': colors the background of the frame
'Test-Neutral': colors test case elements when the test has not been run
'Test-Ok': colors test case elements when a test completed successfully
'Test-Failed': colors test cases elements when a test failed.
