Blizzard recently changed the attack power version of 'Mark of Conquest': "Sometimes heals bearer of 90 to 120 damage when damaging an enemy in melee and chance on ranged hit to restore 128 to 172 mana to the bearer." would be awsome if this new procc also was shown in Scrolling Combat Text as the healing one is at the moment.
This item has the same chance on hit as the caster version. I dont know if appears in sct.
