    Save Position in SV instead of layout-cache

    While developing an addon, I typically turn off most of my addons to make reloads faster. Because EavesDrop saves it's position in the layout-cache, it loses that position if it isn't loaded during a single play session. As a result, each time I disable it temporarily, it resets to the middle of the screen forcing me to unlock the frame and reposition it quite often.
