Not Only Cooldowns, but Usable Too? |

The difference between a cooldown and the usable trait is usually just a matter of a precedent: that is, some condition that must happen before the effect can be used.
Good examples of this would be an action that can only be performed on a Dodge (E.G. Mongoose Bite) or ranged abilities that have a minimum or maximum distance (E.G. Scattershot).
But how to implement this feature? One solution would be to consult a group, to see whether there are any effects that the player considers important. "Enabled" could be used for this purpose, but it's already serving double-duty with Recent Actions. Perhaps a new group is better - "conditional", maybe? |
