    Filtering out heals and buffs

    Would it be possible to add an option to filter out certain spells?
    An example could be the BM hunter buff "Ferocious Inspiration" which has become extremely spammy in wotlk!
    As a Shadow priest I would also love to have an option to filter out certain healing spells, for example "Vampiric Embrace". The heal-filter (number) is possible to use but on bosses like Thaddius and Malygos it just ends up being one big spam.
