option to resize and relocate Raid target position

Personally I am looking to place the raid target icon, dead center above the target text. (Specifically where the target of target text is currently. I have been able to modify the size of the icon in the .lua code, however I have not been successful in moving the icon from it current position. If the GUI options for target had the ability to change x,y coordinates and size of the icon that would be perfect.
