    Non-interactive cooldown icons

    It would be great to have the feature to make the cooldown icons non-interactive. Say there's an enemy nameplate under the cooldown icon and I want to left or right click the nameplate. Right now, left click displays a cooldown message (I disabled that) while right clicking opens up the config window which I do not want. The feature is basically allowing the user to click through whatever the cooldown bar is showing.
