my ui is is 100% dedicated to this golden mod, so i dont have a way to see the global cooldown. So i got a cool ideea for the HUD...
First, bring back the old (glow around the player life arc) casting bar and then you could replicate the efect on the other side as a global cooldown... make a global cooldown glow around the player mana arc. U would make icehud curl up and cry with this :P
