EkCTRA_MTTargets has just been updated for the WoW 2.0 patch. It has been tested using CT_RaidAssist 1.621.
New features include:

• the ability to change the order of the MT groups while they are joined
• key bindings for each MT Player
• key bindings for each MT Pet
