Currently, the only available addon from me is Infusion of Light for Holy Paladins. When you gain the Infusion of Light buff (triggered when your Holy Shock critically hits), any Divine Light and Holy Light buttons on your action bar will glow as long as the buff is active. It will even work if the ability is contained in a macro.
