PS:I use it in CWOW,and I've Translated into zhCN,do u need it?
The zhCN localization would be greatly helpful, I would add it with credits to you in the module download.

As for the color, if you have a saved variable you haven't cleared from the Beta, some of the colors changed and will require the saved variables being deleted for fresh ones. Try that and let me know if it fixes the problem.

If you say, for instance parent SLClock to SLLatency, when you next log on you will receive an error because the modules load alphabetically, sometimes this causes no discernible problem but oftentimes it causes a module to fail to load altogether because the module it is anchored to has not yet been loaded.

Do you plan to continue with the SLLocation and SLServertime modules? I'd like to put in a vote for these two options. I was in love with the coords module and they currently do not work with SLCore.

Yep, I've got those torn apart for quick updates and should have them uploaded at some point today or tomorrow.

I just downloaded the new modules and core today and just started using this. What I noticed was that I was getting a lot of errors like the ones below when I first set my profile. A reboot seemed to clear it up but it happened for each module. Thanks and I love the way this looks!

FYI: I have a clean installation of WoW and this is the initial install with the current versions as of today.

BugSack: 1. [2008/01/13 14:46:16-104-x19]: SLMemory-1.0\Core.lua:64: attempt to concatenate field 'precision' (a nil value)
---
BugSack: 2. [2008/01/13 14:46:27-104-x12]: SLModule-1.0-1 (SLCore):235: The color selected does not exist

These errors are happening when you change profiles?

Yes when I change profiles... not sure if that causes it or they just happen to pop up right after.

Edit: Just went back and changed one to default profile and got a lot of the same error so seems very reproduceable. I take it nobody else has seen this?

SL Additions

Great Mod! I love using it. I was just wondering if there was any chance of adding an experience indicator? That would complete the set for me.

I'm unfortunately having a problem reproducing these error(s). If I change profiles, the only immediate issue is the UI requires a /reloadui to reset to the new profile. Otherwise, it's not popping any errors for me. Anyone else getting error issues when changing profiles?

There is an Experience Points module, however I'm doing some testing and working on adding Reputation to it before it releases. It's pretty stable though, just cleaning some stuff up and I'll have it uploaded sometime in the very near future.

I was looking for some way to set the Alpha (transparency) value of all the modules...Since I could find any in the options I thought I might aswell add one myself
Would be nice if you could put this functionality into the next release of SLCore & Modules
(for individual alpha values, which I haven't done as will show in the code below.
Should be some options to add to each the modules)
This is the code to make it happen, feel free to use

File: SLCore\Core.lua
Code:
-- Core options
SLCore.opts = {
    type = "group",
    args = {
...
        masterAlpha = {
            type = "range",
            name = L["Master Alpha"],
            desc = L["Master Alpha Desc"],
            min = 0,
            max = 1,
            step = 0.05,
            get = function() return db.masterAlpha end,
            set = function(v) db.masterAlpha = v self:UpdateAllModules() end,
            order = 6,
        },
    },
}
File: SLCore\Locale-enUS.lua
Code:
L:RegisterTranslations("enUS", function() return {
...
    ["Master Alpha"] = true,
    ["Master Alpha Desc"] = "Select a global Alpha for registered modules",
} end)
File: SL*Module*\Core.lua
Code:
function SLClock:Update()
...
    self.frame:SetAlpha(SLCore.db.profile.masterAlpha)
end
There are also big issues while thying to Ancho modules to eachother, I liked the way the modules were able to snap together back in SLTimex...probably due to the way you handle frame creation from now on
Code:
function SLClock:CreateFrame()
    if self.frame then return else
        self.frame = CreateFrame("Frame", nil, UIParent)
        self.text = self.frame:CreateFontString(nil, "OVERLAY")
        self:UpdateFrame(self)
        SLClockAnchor = self.frame
    end
end
Haven't got the time and patience to look into this, seems to be the same problem I ran into when trying to write a cyCircled plugin for ElkBuffBars...
Code:
/print GetMouseFocus():GetName()
Returns "nil" when over one of the modules's frame, hence the UI can't use any framename as an anchor.
Hope this all will get implemented/fixed in it's time

Regards, Horadrim.
